SpaceX launches a new batch of 60 Starlink satellites into space

SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket with a new batch of 60 Starlink internet satellites into orbit on Monday 15th February, but failed to stick its landing on a floating platform at sea.

Starlink is a collection of low cost, mass-produced satellites that provides low latency, broadband internet systems to meet the needs of consumers across the globe.

SpaceX prefers to recover its Falcon 9 rocket stages for reuse, but the company has also said repeatedly that delivering a flight's payload to orbit is always the primary mission.

The video below shows an array of starlink satellites orbiting in a straight path in the night sky.
